Know the rules

The Body Corporate rules are a legal document, registered when the building was first occupied and have been adjusted over time. Compliance with these rules is essential so that all residents enjoy a safe and pleasant living environment.

Owners are automatically obligated to abide by the rules as members of the Body Corporate. Tenants sign a declaration when they enter into a tenancy agreement stating they have read and understood the rules and will adhere to them. Please note that the form must be completed electronically. Handwritten forms can be difficult to read, resulting in information being incorrectly recorded at our end.
